A million dollar costume
Yamamay, on the occasion of the Miss Universe 2013 Grand Final held in Moscow, created a costume worth 1 Million Dollars, the first in the World!
Yamamay to celebrate the important collaboration with Miss Universe, wanted to create a unique piece that could enhance the beauty of the girls stars of the Final. Gianluigi Cimmino CEO of Yamamay and the Neapolitan jeweler Flavio Dinacci, united by a consolidated friendship, have created the extraordinary jewel costume entirely Made in Italy that sees Precious Gemstones as absolute protagonists.
The costume has a design composed of about 900 stones equal to almost 200 carats. Not only diamonds, but also emeralds and rubies set in hand-sewn white gold settings.
The precious stones applied on the white microfiber swimsuit take up the colors of the Italian flag to underline the "Made in Italy "and the claim "A touch of Italy."
